    PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES

    Implementar la estrategia y las políticas de Talento para la Región Sur (Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, Perú, Brasil) con el fin de apoyar los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía y garantizar la adecuación de las personas a las necesidades de negocio.

    Liderar de manera integral la función de Recursos Humanos (organización, talento, formación y desarrollo, gestión del desempeño, payroll, relaciones laborales, seguridad y salud).Prestar asesoramiento y coaching a los líderes de la organización, actuando como un socio del negocio.

    Dirigir la implantación de las políticas corporativas de Talento en la Región, velando porque la gestión del talento esté alineada con los valores de la Firma, impulsando una cultura corporativa que promueva la colaboración, y que fomente el compromiso.

    Establecer los canales para la identificación, evaluación y desarrollo del talento en la Firma, potenciando el desarrollo de carreras y la sucesión de los puestos clave.

    Liderar la implantación de la estrategia de diversidad e inclusión de la compañía.

    Analizar y optimizar la estructura de compensación y procesos de revisión salarial, asegurando la equidad interna y la competitividad externa.

    Acompañar los procesos de asesoramiento legal laboral y asegurar el cumplimiento normativo.

    ¿QUÉ NECESITAMOS?
    Profesional en Recursos Humanos, Administración, Psicología, Relaciones Laborales o afines.

    Experiencia laboral de 10 años, liderando procesos end to end de recursos humanos a nivel regional, deseable en el entorno de consultoría de comunicaciones y/o medios.

    Estudios de posgrado en Recursos Humanos.
    Manejo fluido del español tanto escrito como hablado (indispensable).Manejo fluido de inglés tanto escrito como hablado (indispensable).Residir en la ciudad de Sao Paulo
    • Brasil.
