    Descripción

    Resonsabilities:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies and procedures, to optimize the company's financial performance.
    • Manage all financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, tax compliance, audits and risk management.
    • Monitor and analyze financial metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Implement dashboards, reporting tools, and analysis to support and assist the Management in decision-making while providing strategic financial advice and guidance to senior management to mitigate the company's financial risks, including market, credit, and liquidity risks.
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Supervise cash flow management, surplus cash investment, and operations financing.
    • Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
    • Manage a team of financial and accountancy professionals and provide leadership, guidance and support while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, reinforcing the team spirit.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • At least 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, with a track record of success in financial management, preferably with experience in the premium sector or related industry.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
    • Fluency in English and Spanish.
