Summary:


The Senior Product & Revenue Manager will act as the highly critical right-hand for leadership of the Product Team at Europe Express.

This role will report into the Director of Product and Revenue Management. This role is an analytical role that demonstrates data insights to drive decisions for the EE product portfolio.

You will handle the European Contracting team based in Barcelona and assess the product portfolio and make recommendations for new product, lead the Channel Manager implementation, work with analytics to provide routine supplier reviews and revenue management recommendations, and be the first point of contact for any issues that need to be raised within the Product team.


What You Will Be Doing:


  • Manage the contracting team by understanding priorities, blockers, and where they need help. Connect with the Director of Product and Revenue Management status updates or areas of concern.
  • Empowering the team to ensure in case of any changes on the contracts, they are still tailored to the company's needs and review the legality before raising to Director of Product and Revenue Management.
  • Prioritize the implementation of hotel contracts through our Channel Manager platforms.
  • Analyze and review current EE product portfolio and recommend areas to improve product depth and breadth with guidance from Director of Product and Revenue Management.
  • Work with contractors and 3rd party suppliers to get new products identified and added to the EE product portfolio. Develop reporting capabilities in conjunction with the analytics team to provide Contractors with the information needed to have productive performance reviews with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop pricing and packaging strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. Regularly partner with Marketing and Sales to provide insight into the product portfolio.
  • Support the Director of Product and Revenue Management for price testing and implementation of new Revenue Management strategies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement datadriven strategies to optimize results.
  • Cultivate positive relationship with key collaborators and external partners.

What We Are Looking For:


  • Ability to empower team members and build a positive work environment.
  • Strong discernment and the ability to balance strategic thinking with handson execution.
  • Good communicator, presenting information and ideas expertly with clarity & confidence, while being open, honest & objective.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office products, specifically Excel.
  • Proficient written and spoken English (other European languages are an advantage).
  • Proven track record to work under pressure and meet deadlines, ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Selfmotivated, demonstrating the ability to work independently and as a team player.

Working Location / Hours:


  • Job is based in the Barcelona branch of Travel Services Europe
  • Operational hours are Monday
  • Friday, 09:00 am 6:00 pm (1hour lunch)
OR 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
