About Our Client:

Multinational company in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry.

  • Actively contribute to the Group's People and Engagement Strategies definition and evolution, as well as related HR initiatives and based on the Group's Purpose and Values.
  • Lead Regional HR plans and European Employee Value Proposition definition, within the Global People and Engagement Strategic framework as well as the Global Employee Value proposition framework. The Regional HR director Europe will make the key decisions on the ground and will have the full HR responsibility both on Business Unit and Supply Chain side (including factories).
  • Lead the implementation of all talent, development and engagement plans and programs across the different European sites, taking full accountability for their success.
  • Lead all HR teams in each of the BU's and Factories across Europe.
  • In coordination with Global Labour relations area, ensure that all Labour relations requirements, plans and meetings are properly managed.
  • Implement all HR policies across the different European sites.
  • Act as point of escalation for all HR key issues.
  • Lead Key recruiting processes for European Top Management positions, as well as related succession plan decisions.
  • Ensure effective HR processes and initiatives are in place, this includes, compensation and benefits packages, HR budget preparation for the region.
  • Lead the HR workstreams for the key transformational projects for Europe, this includes reorganizational process for Business unit and Supply Chain.

The Successful Applicant:


  • MBA in a prestigious business school.
  • 15+ years of practical experience of a leadership role within Human Resources, with multi country / regional coverage and within a multinational and matrix organizations.
  • Strong Leadership skills.
  • Authentic Communicator. Advanced communication skills in English. Other languages (like Spanish, French, Italian or German) will be valued.
  • Influencing and advanced negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility.
  • Ownership and Accountability.
  • Passion, joy and positiveness.
