Misión
Reportando al director del departamento de Finance Global Commercial Operations, responsable del control, seguimiento y análisis del área de Global Partners Markets, garantizando el correcto seguimiento y soporte financiero participando en la toma de decisiones del área.
Funciones y responsabilidades
• Financial modelling y valoración financiera de nuevos proyectos de license-out y/o nuevas indicaciones/productos/geografías en contratos de license-out (partner) actuales.
• Soporte financiero (Partnership) al departamento de Global Partners Markets.
• Análisis estratégico y coordinación con equipos comerciales de Global Partners, Global Marketing y Global Commercial Operations.
• Cálculo, control y seguimiento de los royalties y milestones afectos a Partners.
• Gestión financiera y participación en los procesos de planificación, Budget, Forecasting y Business Planning a 5 años garantizando el cumplimiento de las directrices corporativas.
• Control financiero del área bajo su responsabilidad, revisión de la rentabilidad de producto y sensibilidad promocional y gestión de nuevos proyectos de valoración.
• Monitorización continúa de la cuenta de resultados y partidas de Balance.
• Elaboración de información y comentarios sobre las desviaciones del área versus LY, Budget, Forecast, 5YFC
Formación
Licenciado en Ciencias Económicas, Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similar, con formación complementaria (MBA o postgrado) deseada.
Conocimientos específicos
• Usuario avanzado SAP, PBI, Hyperion Planning Tool y ofimática (Maestro en Excel).
• Persona proactiva, analítica, crítica, metódica y organizada.
• Buenas habilidades comunicativas y de presentación.
• Alto nivel de inglés (oral y escrito).
Experiencia
• +5 años de experiencia como Controller (preferible sector pharma)
• +2 años experiencia profesional en auditoria Big-4 (preferible en FA / TS / M&A)
• Familiaridad en elaboración de Business Plans, modelos financieros y valoraciones (DCF, NPV, etc).
• Deseado: experiencia internacional en empresa multinacional (preferible sector pharma).
