- Craft compelling job advertisements and manage postings on various platforms.
- Evaluate candidates through screening calls, interviews, and assessments.
- Provide expert advice to hiring managers and present attractive offers to finalists.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, employees, and leaders.
- Managing early talent recruitment, ensuring a high-touch experience for candidates.
- Creating and analyzing talent acquisition reports to drive process improvements.
- Championing our employer brand and developing innovative recruitment strategies.
- Supporting other Talent Acquisition & Development initiatives as needed.
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in in-house recruitment or staffing agencies.
- Proficiency in various recruiting techniques, including social media recruiting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and data management skills.
- Ability to create brand awareness and effectively promote the organization's value proposition.
- Fluency in English is a must; all our recruitment processes are conducted in English.
