- Collaborating with Customer Solutions and Sales (KAM) on New Business Implementation and Process Improvement Projects;
- Developing and maintaining SOPs and Vendor Manuals in partnership with KAM and Customer Solutions, ensuring adherence and sharing with relevant stakeholders;
- Overseeing SOP compliance through documentation and KPI monitoring;
- Managing Data Quality and conducting ongoing Root Cause Analysis;
- Implementing new lanes and services in coordination with the KAM team's Account Plan;
- Monitoring and managing Customers' KPIs.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Air & Sea Freight forwarding industry;
- Strong analytical capabilities;
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team;
- Tenacity and adaptability to challenges;
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in handling high-pressure situations in a fast-paced setting;
- Proficiency in both written and verbal Spanish & English.
