    Vantive: A New Company Built On Our Legacy

    Baxter is on a journey to separate our ~$5B Kidney Care segment into a standalone company. Vantive* will build on our nearly 70-year legacy in acute therapies and home and in-center dialysis to provide best-in-class care to the people we serve.     What you'll be doing

  • Implement and lead the operational computation of Sales Incentives in Kidney Care Southern Europe
  • Collaborate with Business Partners in all Central/Southern Europe countries to support and define the right Incentive strategy and analytics.
  • Responsible for meaningful performance reporting and analytics at different levels of the Kidney Care Sales Organization – provide results for Global Sales Award Kidney Care
  • Support and drive the Analytics central approach to centralize and maintain business Analytics for Kidney Care
  • Perform the Target Setting Process - Sales Territory Management on Cluster Level
  • Lead and/or Support Projects on ECEMEA Level to implement Incentives in existing Incentive Setup
  • Support and drive strategic projects across EMEA – (Analytics/centralization/digitalization & cost optimization projects) in an agile environment and project setup
  • Drive digitalization actively and play a major role in data-driven and digital environment

    • What you'll bring

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in economics / Business Informatics / Finance / Digital Health / IT
  • 5+ Years of experience in Project management/Analytics
  • Experience in Health Care Sector (nice to have)and passion for data crunching and data mining
  • Experience in Incentives are a plus
  • Open mindset for Change Management and challenging the Status Quo
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with excellent technical skills in SQL / Tableau& Power BI / MS Office Applications (VBA , Excel , Powerpivot,Powerpoint)
  • Open-minded and Team Player with strong communication style
  • Passion to connect with the business and work together with a small team to drive optimization and centralization of analytical projects
  • English and another European language is a plu
