    • YOUR IMPACT

  • Du übernimmst den Aufbau und die Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen zu unseren meist bösennotierten Kunden und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson im Customer Care über unsere digitalen Tools.
  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Content-Pflege von Investor Relations Webseiten namhafter Unternehmen.
  • Bei der Bearbeitung des Contents nutzt Du verschiedene Content Management Systeme wie z.B. unser hauseigenes CMS, WordPress und TYPO3.
  • Du bist im täglichen Austausch mit unseren Teams aus dem Project Management, Web Development und Sales, um gemeinsam die bestmögliche Customer Experience zu schaffen.
  • Als Organisationstalent darfst Du auch gerne virtuelle Konferenzübertragungen unserer Kunden (Audio Webcasts) planen und betreuen.

    Lass uns unsere Kunden nicht nur glücklich, sondern auch erfolgreich machen. Um in dieser Funktion alles zu geben, solltest Du folgendes mitbringen:

  • Du hast einen Hintergrund im Bereich Wirtschafts-, Sozial- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften, wir freuen uns aber auch über Quereinsteiger:innen.
  • Du hast Spaß am täglichen Kontakt mit Deinen Kund:innen und bietest ihnen die beste Experience durch Deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Du bringst gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit (mindestens B2 Niveau).
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit Content Management Systemen (CMS) mit.
  • Du hast (Grund-)Kenntnisse in HTML und Interesse an Bildbearbeitung (z.B. über Photoshop) sowie an Audiobearbeitung.
  • Du hast große Lust, in einem dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten und möchtest gemeinsam mit Deinem Team Lösungsorientiert handeln.
  • Auch in Situationen mit hohem Workload kannst Du Dich auf Deine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise verlassen.
