    Actualmente buscamos una persona con ilusión, que desee hacer sus prácticas remuneradas y se una al Departamento de Agencias desde nuestras oficinas en Madrid.

    ¿Cómo será tu día a día?

  • Soporte y asistencia a las agencias de viajes en la plataforma B2B.
  • Seguimiento comercial de envío de correos, contratos o requerimientos puntuales.
  • Formaciones/webinar con agencias y grupos de agencia.
  • Manejo de la plataforma B2B: activación de cuentas, modificación de datos, etc.
  • Gestión comercial telefónica completa: contacto con nuevas agencias que no nos venden, identificación de necesidades, presentación de plataforma.
  • Ayuda y soporte operativo a la Training & Quality Manager y Head de Agencias.
  • Envío de comunicaciones a las agencias.
  • Seguimiento onboardings equipo junto a Training & Quality Manager.
  • Seguimiento implementación CRM B2B y onboarding.

    • ¿Qué buscamos?

  • Capacidad de organización y disciplina. Dotes comunicativas, alto nivel de interlocución. Perfil comercial. Valorable experiencia en atención al cliente.
  • Valorable experiencia con agencias de viaje.
  • CRM, Paquete Office, plataformas de afiliación.
  • Perfil proactivo y con ganas de aprender. Persona responsable, organizada y con capacidad de gestión del tiempo y la carga de trabajo.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Autonomía y toma de decisiones.
  • Imprescindible residencia en Madrid. Disponibilidad para viajar según necesidad.
  • Disponibilidad para hacer prácticas con una jornada de 7 horas/día.
