    What You Will AchieveYour technical and business skills will help you represent a major Pfizer client or business area in all information technology activities.

    Your leadership skills will help provide a strategic or tactical direction and help plan the resolutions to information technology issues.

    You will participate in management and development of technology products and service standards which impact the client or business area.

    As a Manager, you provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects.

    Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services.

    Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of the discipline, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies.

    You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams.

    It is your hard work and focus that will help in making Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.

    How You Will Achieve ItLead/co-lead projects to meet objectives and plan resource requirements for projects across the division.
    Define technical solutions and services to enable Business Unit strategies, goals and objectives.
    Manage vision and purpose for solutions in the portfolio in conjunction with key stakeholders.

    Collaborate with other Client Engagement Managers and Pfizer Digital Leadership to develop and execute technology strategy across functional areas of the business.

    Identify opportunities through business analysis to apply technology and processes that will improve key business performance indicators.
    Facilitate technology initiatives which directly impact client portfolio.
    Ensure Pfizer Digital systems and operations act in accordance with global and local policies and compliance rules.

    Understand client's operational needs in relation to the Country /Country cluster and ensure a smooth execution of local projects by coordinating with relevant Digital functions.

    Own accountability for change management, cascading communications and support services escalations.
    Assume responsibility for project and support budgets, ensure effective financial management.

    Identify and deliver service improvement programs that reduce end user problems, automate resolutions, speed interactions, reduce rework and improve service quality.

    Provide audit support for market and applications, and operational support for non-infrastructure services.

    QualificationsMust-HaveBachelor's Degree5+ years' experienceDemonstrated experience leading the delivery of Information Technology projects customer service and vendor managementKnowledge of the concepts and principles of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, and emerging technologyStrong understanding of accounting and business finance activitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluent EnglishGood organizational/negotiation skills to navigate across organizations and groups to influence and facilitate agreementNice-to-HaveRelevant pharmaceutical industry experienceExperience specific to a clinical settingFamiliarity with system application and products solutionsExcellent client relationship skills, preferably with consulting background #LI-PFE Purpose Breakthroughs that change patients' lives...
