WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a
Data Management Senior Analyst Alternatives, you will manage the maintenance of the data masters (securities, portfolios, users) and other system configurations, mantain the interfaces and reporting modules, and support the Investment, Risk&Compliance and rest of Middle Office teams and resolve the incidences generated by using the eFront tool in the SAM Alternatives unit.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

Maintenance of the data masters, workflows, and other configurations of the Alternatives Front Office system, eFront. Investigate issues and attend user inquiries related to data masters, worfklows and other configurations of eFront.
Maintenance and implementation of new reports in eFront, using the Report Designer module.
Monitorization and troubleshooting of incidents related to input and output data interfaces between eFront and other SAM-A internal and external systems.
Maintenance and developments required in the technical modules and interfaces of eFront.
Take ownership of the changes and developments in the integration layer that connects eFront to third parties.
Participate in projects and enhancements of the current processes.

EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Mixed profile that combines a functional knowledge of the Alternative business and technical skills
Knowledge of the eFront (BlackRock) system.
Experience in performing data management tasks and also monitorization and enhancement of data interfaces and processes is desired.
Good knowledge of capital markets and financial products, with stressed importance on the alternatives business.
Confidence to lead small projects and collaborate with supervisors in larger projects
Able to lead new members joining the team
Strong technical skills
Knowledge of software coding and run queries in databases and excel macros.
