About the Opportunity:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a ATM Analyst (Air Traffic Management Analyst) with Spanish and English language skills, based in Madrid, Spain.
As member of the Transoft Product Management team, the ATM Analyst will be responsible for supporting ENAIRE's AirTOP users to calculate the capacity of different airspace and airport elements, validate new designs and contribute to R&D projects.
- This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work a minimum of 3 days per week in the office._
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Provide training and support to ENAIRE's AirTOP users
- Model and simulate Spain's TMA and en route airspace, and its airports, using AirTOP
- Write technical reports about AirTOP modeling specifications
- Facilitate the integration of AirTOP results with other tools used by ENAIRE
- Collaborate with the Transoft product team to realize ENAIRE's project objectives
About You:
- You must have one of the following degrees/qualification: Master of Aeronautical Engineering (Ingeniero Aeronáutico Superior), Technical Engineer (Ingeniero Técnico), or Bachelor of Engineering (Grado en Ingeniería) (those holding a Licenciatura o Grado en Gestion Aeronautica will not be considered)
- Understanding of air traffic control operations and concepts, airspace basics and aeronautical charts
- Knowledge of AirTOP, preferably the TMA/TRACON, En Route and Airside Aircraft modules, or other aeronautical fasttime simulation software
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills as well as being trustworthy, detailedoriented and accurate
- Possess analytical skills to gather and review information
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English languages, including the ability to communicate effectively, respectfully, and tactfully Ability to work in a team in a matrix environment
