    Amazon EU Customer Fulfillment Operations is seeking a Technical Instructional Designer to spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge technology and content in the Learning department.

    We are seeking a technical learning professional with exceptional expertise in learning experience design and content development to analyze our business needs and implement tailored solutions for new products along the learner journeys.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze audience, environment, technologies, content, and operational constraints to determine relevant learning objectives and propose efficient products.
    • Design customized curricula considering UI, accessibility & DEI standards, and tradeoffs associated with delivery methods.
    • Develop high-quality learning products integrated into workflows in a responsive design, using authoring tools, API integration, and JavaScript.
    • Evaluate and improve solutions continuously, considering quality, impact on business, scalability, and sustainability.
    • Adopt a data-driven approach to assess successes and areas for enhancement in the designed solution while ensuring consistency and quality.
    • Collaborate effectively with technology, operations, and field teams globally.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Extensive experience in advanced technical instructional design.
    • Demonstrated track record in designing learning products that impact operational success metrics.
    • Proficiency in Articulate authoring tools, JavaScript, and implementing xAPI, CMI5, and SCORM.
    • Lead the development of gamelike elements and simulations for immersive learning experiences.
    • Utilize learning analytics to optimize product design.
    • Expertise in exploring the latest technical advancements such as AI, chatbots, and AR/VR, with a solid understanding of reasonable use cases.
    • Identify efficient work strategies and establish knowledge-sharing mechanisms with junior team members.
    • Proven success in team environments with multiple projects and strict deadlines.
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Master's or higher degree in a related field.
    • Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
    • Proficiency in project planning and execution.
