- We are looking for a
-
Legal Counsel to join our internal Legal Department for our Madrid office. Experience in the new technologies sector will be positively valued, as well as experience in advising on international contracts.

Your Key responsibilities:

Legal assessment of tender requirements, RFPs and customer contracts on the local and international level.
Legal Assessment of data protection agreements with customers or suppliers in any sector in order to guarantee compliance with the GDPR, the applicable law and the internal data protection policy.
Negotiate contracts with clients and/or suppliers.
Work on different legal matters of the company that may arise, such as litigation, administrative, corporate processes (labor and tax matters are excluded from the scope of work).
Work on different transversal initiatives of the Legal Department at the Global level of the Group.

Our Requirements:

Minimum 47 years of experience on contracting, preferably in the sector of new technologies. Experience on contracting with the public sector will be valued positively;
Knowledge of data protection matters;
Experience in advising on international contracts will be valued;
High level of English and Spanish, knowledge of French will also be appreciated;
High capacity for teamwork, motivation, proactivity, and flexible attitude.
