- In Atos IT we're looking for a 24x7 operator, with experience in:

Systems monitoring (Pandora)
Ticket Management (Service Now)
Event management (resolution of incidents in L1, monitoring and execution of tasks)
User Management and configuration support (Registration, reset, reactivation in SAP, LDAP, IIQ).
Resolution of incidents derived from the support to the configuration and user management
Configuration support to EESS.
