    Queremos unir al equipo Senior Business Designer para nuestro equipo de Madrid, ¿Hablamos?

    Como Senior Business Designer, formarás parte de un equipo en el que sumamos la creatividad y el diseño estratégico para la generación de nuevos modelos de negocios que deriven en productos digitales y servicios centrados en el usuario que generen impacto positivo en la sociedad y en su entorno.

    Trabajarás en multitud de proyectos desarrollándote en diferentes sectores de actividad y formarás parte del equipo de estrategia en el que aprenderás cada día y afrontarás nuevos retos en un entorno cambiante y apasionante.

    Serás clave en el diseño y planificación de cada una de las etapas que conforman la visión estratégica de un nuevo servicio o producto digital

    ¿Cuál será tu rol?

  • Contribuir a la construcción de la disciplina y offering de Business Design, hibridando el mundo de la consultoría de negocio y consultoría estratégica, con el del service design y diseño de experiencias.
  • Business Research, análisis de competencia, benchmark y radar de mejores prácticas desde la perspectiva de negocio.
  • Conceptualización y diseño de nuevos modelos de negocio y nuevas experiencias de cliente
  • Liderar sesiones de co-creación con cliente, con foco en la resolución de retos de negocio
  • Diseño y creación de business plan
  • Soporte a la planificación económica de proyectos y control de gestión de la unidad
  • Trabajar en equipos multidisciplinares con profesionales que forman parte de NTT data: equipos de diseño de producto digital, business, tecnología, agencia digital, etc. en soluciones completas.

    Qué estamos buscando?

  • 5 a 8 años de experiencia en consultoría de negocio y negocio digital
  • Licenciatura / grado (Económicas/ADE/Ingeniería + MBA).
  • Experiencia trabajando en equipo, proactividad y autonomía en el trabajo, así como capacidad de adaptación a distintos entornos, equipos, sectores...
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en el diseño estratégico y diseño de servicios.
  • Experiencia en desarrollar business model canvas + opportunity sizing.
  • Definición de la viabilidad económica (P&L) y cuantificación de un roadmap.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en creación de customer journeys.
  • Capacidad de análisis del reto / contexto, y de conceptualización de soluciones
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en Marketing estratégico (comunicación y creatividad, estrategia de canales, digital sales, digital marketing, pricing, product portfolio).
  • Fuertes habilidades verbales de comunicación y presentación, tanto internamente como frente a cliente.
  • Buen nivel de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.

  • Experiencia laboral en contextos internacionales.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en proyectos de Transformación Digital y Marketing Estratégico.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia y proyectos de optimización de funnel digital y digital sales.
  • Conocimiento en Behavioral Economics y/o experiencia en su aplicación al diseño de intervenciones.
