    Queremos incorporar un Strategic & Service Designer para nuestro equipo de Madrid, ¿Hablamos?

    Como Strategic & Service Designer en NTT Data, formarás parte de un equipo en el que sumamos la creatividad y el diseño estratégico para la generación de nuevos modelos de negocios que deriven en productos digitales y servicios centrados en el usuario que generen impacto positivo en la sociedad y en su entorno.

    Trabajarás en multitud de proyectos desarrollándote en diferentes sectores de actividad y formarás parte del equipo de estrategia en el que aprenderás cada día y afrontarás nuevos retos en un entorno cambiante y apasionante.

    Serás clave en el diseño y planificación de cada una de las etapas que conforman la visión estratégica de un nuevo servicio producto o modelo de negocio.

    ¿Cuál será tu Rol?

  • Trabajar en el proceso de conceptualización, estrategia y diseño de productos o servicios, colaborando con otros equipos de diseño internos y de cliente.
  • Trabajar en equipos multidisciplinares con profesionales que forman parte de NTT data: equipos de diseño de producto digital, business, tecnología, agencia digital, etc. en soluciones completas.
  • Participar con cliente en sesiones de análisis, co-creación, generación de ideas, conceptualización de propuesta de valor y de servicio, prototipado, priorización de iniciativas y roadmapping.
  • Colaborar en la creación de propuestas de valor, principios de diseño y servicios y modelos de negocio.
  • Resolver problemas con habilidades analíticas e innovadoras naturales.
  • Producir una gama de entregables de diseño de estratégico/servicios (mapas de ecosistema, customer journeys, service blueprints, roadmaps, ...).
  • Definir el roadmap del producto/servicio diseñado.
  • Participar en la transferencia de la estrategia y el diseño del servicio a áreas de producto digital para su tangibilización.

    ¿Qué estamos buscando?

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia como Strategic & Service Designer
  • Actitud proactiva, deseo de aprender y crecer, así como de orientar y a personas del equipo al pensamiento y metodología del diseño estratégico y de servicios.
  • Experiencia en diseño de servicios, así como en herramientas y métodos relacionados: mapeo del ecosistema del servicio (blueprints), customer journeys, value proposition & business model canvas, empathy map y mapeo de personas, entre otros).
  • Experiencia en proyectos de creación de nuevos productos digitales y servicios / compañías o propuestas de valor.
  • Experiencia en investigación secundaria (benchmark, detección de tendencias).
  • Experiencia en investigación primaria – cualitativa (entrevistas a stakeholders, usuarios y expertos, mystery shopping, shadowing, etc...)
  • Capacidad de análisis, articulación de insights y territorios de oportunidad.
  • Habilidades verbales de comunicación, presentación y facilitación de talleres.
  • Buen nivel de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.

  • Experiencia laboral en contextos internacionales.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de diseño de producto digital.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos desarrollo de negocio.
  • Experiencia en UX
  • Experiencia en investigación cuantitativa.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de diseño y (Sketch o Figma) trabajo colaborativo como Miro.
  • Diseño/ Prospección de futuros o análisis de tendencias.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en Marketing estratégico (comunicación y creatividad, estrategia de canales, digital sales, digital marketing, pricing, product portfolio).
