Misión del puesto #LI-CG1
Asesorar técnicamente a los proyectos de expansión, en la zona geográfica del norte de Europa y Oriente Medio, para facilitar su firma y garantizando posteriormente la inclusión de nuestros estándares de marca, la operatividad de las distintas áreas del edificio y la accesibilidad de los nuevos proyectos. Una vez firmado el Technical Services Agreement (TSA) dar asistencia técnica en las fases de planificación, diseño, construcción, selección de mobiliario y equipación y recepción y puesta en marcha del hotel.
Realizar la gerencia de los proyectos (Project management) en nombre de los inversores para las obras nuevas o reformas de los centros u hoteles que se asignen, los cuales podrán ubicarse en España o Internacional. El puesto deberá participar en la planificacion de las inversiones y optimizar la ejecución de los proyectos de construcción y reforma (calidad, coste y tiempo) que se encuentren en curso.
