Join our global TUI Musement team within our specialist business brand Intercruises as a Port Operations Office Admin where you will be the responsible of administrative and purchasing needs at the office; and provide assistance to Management and Port Agents.

Based in Palma de Mallorca, you will support all the Port Operations Managers in Mallorca to ensure an excellent service to their cruise line clients.


Intercruises Port Operations is a specialist business providing cruise ship handling services to cruise lines in destinations throughout the world.

You will be supporting the Team assisting cruise lines and other clients on their daily operations in Mallorca.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • The port operations office admin will support Management prepare rates and forecasts for clients, bookings, and modifications with port authorities.
  • Elaborate supplier sourcing and rate comparisons for hotels, transportation companies and other services.
  • Assist Port Agents with office based operational requests, receiving packages / sorting & documenting for delivery to clients.
  • Responsible for office purchasing needs and coordinating maintenance required.
  • Prepare office expense invoices for payment.
  • Responsible for keeping office equipment registered and under control.

ABOUT YOU

  • Preferred previous knowledge in tourism.
  • Previous experience working with transfers, planning and operational tasks in a holiday destination.
  • Excellent communication skills in English language, both written and oral.
  • Decision making skills.
  • Excellent office administration and organizational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Orientation to results and customer obsessed.
