    La Dirección Legal Cliente acompaña a todos los negocios de la DG Cliente de la Compañía en su propósito de convertirse en un proveedor integral de servicios energéticos, centrado en las necesidades del cliente. Entre estos negocios se encuentra la Dirección Ejecutiva de Electricidad y Gas que está viviendo un momento de crecimiento.

    Buscamos a una persona que se integre dentro del equipo legal que acompaña a esta Dirección en sus proyectos de desarrollo de negocio, así como en las actividades diarias de este Negocio apasionante.

    Esta posición permite desarrollarse en la función legal en un equipo colaborativo, con la oportunidad de relacionarse con diferentes áreas de la Compañía y contribuir a la misión de poner al cliente en el centro de la toma de decisiones.

    Principales tareas:

    Participarás en el día a día del negocio de retail de electricidad y gas de Repsol, en la redacción, revisión y negociación de contratos relacionados con el negocio de la Compañía, entre ellos PPA's y en la resolución de conflictos con terceros; mantendrás interlocución con la CNMC; prepararás informes jurídicos y alertas legales con el fin de anticipar riesgos; e intervendrás en las operaciones de M&A que ayuden al crecimiento inorgánico del negocio a nivel nacional e internacional.

    Encajarás en el puesto si:

  • Abogado/a
  • Experiencia acreditable de 4 años en Mercado Eléctrico, contratación civil y mercantil y M&A
  • Experiencia acreditable de 3 años en Derecho Societario
  • Inglés C1 o superior
  • Se valorará doble licenciatura y experiencia en despacho internacional de primer nivel
