- Lead interface with internal customers and collaborate with stakeholders during the ordering phase.
- Interact with suppliers and transversal departments for corrective actions implementation and dispute resolution.
- Provide oversight of inventories and implement action plans with suppliers.
- Analyze delays, prioritize urgencies for emergency assembly lines, and customer support.
- Ensure availability of export control licenses related to hardware deliveries.
- Raise risks, follow-up on actions, and escalate deviations in industrial targets.
- Manage Non-Conformity containment and perform quality inspections up to product delivery.
- Conduct operational level investigations on issues and ensure product conformity.
- Participate in improvement projects, ethical & compliance practices, and Airbus Code of Conduct adherence.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain with AOG POs management experience.
- Logistics and Airbus Logistics flow familiarity.
- Experience in MRTT Programme and Green Aircraft knowledge.
- Proficiency in Procurement IT Tools.
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, organized & structured.
- Advanced level in English and Spanish proficiency.
