At Gettin, we are searching for a Product Manager to join our international product management team at our customer headquarters.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and share a clear product vision and strategy.
  • Create and manage a detailed product roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify market opportunities and threats.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product specifications.
  • Oversee the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business and customer impact.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring product success.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the product.
  • Conduct evaluations post-launch to gather feedback for future product developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management with successful product launches.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile app industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, etc.).
