WATCHES RODUCT MANAGER

  • Before applying, please note that this is a temporary position, covering a leave of absence with an estimated duration until summer 2025._
  • Reporting to the_ _Marketing & Merchandising Manager and acting as a key member of the local marketing organization, organizes and monitors the animation actions and the followup on the assigned product lines, to meet each network's sales objectives._

Implement the Marketing strategy of the assigned product category in collaboration with the Marketing & Merchandising Manager while actively participating
in the Communication strategic planning.

  • Annual Sales Budget definition, Forecasts definition, Turnover follow up and overseeing Product life cycles.
  • Monitor the Monthly Sales performance analysis by collection, by network and by price range.
  • Conduct an Analysis and plan definition for in range products vs. Novelties.
  • Evaluate Market trends, competitors, and identification of opportunities in the local market.
  • Gathering of Clients insights to align Target and Customers profile by product lines.

Implementation of the Strategy and execution of the corresponding Action plans based on two main pillars of action:

  • Lead Product Launches: Preparation of 360 action plans and coordination with all departments and stakeholders (Communication, VM, Commercial, Client and L&D). Monitoring and reporting before, during and post campaign.
  • Define the correct set of Product tools to support sales (CRC, Creative assets, Pricing books, Product news).
  • Work transversally with Iberia's stakeholders in the definition and implementation of actions defined to promote the assigned Product category.

Communication and coordination with local stakeholders and with international teams:

  • Regular follow up with the Commercial teams and Network
  • Lead the communication and sharing of Action Plans with all Dept. at Cartier Iberia.
  • Act as the Spokesperson between International teams and local teams for the proper implementation of the Global + Local launch & wave calendars.
  • Brief and coconstruct product training programs in collaboration with L&D

Ensure the procurement and easy sourcing of products at Boutiques, Ecommerce and Points of Sales, by building an efficient interface of merchandising actions within each of the marketing action plans.

  • Maintain and optimize stock levels accordingly to the objectives and plans defined for each product line and boutique/ POS (Stock balancing, Revision of Model stock, Collaborative forecasts, and quota management for In Range products)
  • Leading local projects accordingly to the business strategy and calendar: Closures (buy backs), Rellocations, New openings, Boutique renovations.
  • Coordinate and inform about Pricing adjustments with the network following international guidelines.
