    JOB DESCRIPTION

    En Ecolab nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Field Service Specialist para unirse a nuestro equipo de Food & Beverage Iberia.

    • Lo que harás

  • Gestionar los productos y equipos de Ecolab; participar en la instalación de los equipos; observar y probar el rendimiento de los equipos y productos; realizar el mantenimiento y la reparación de los equipos; ajustar los niveles de concentración de productos químicos, controlar el inventario de productos y gestionar los pedidos.
  • Proporcionar apoyo técnico a los clientes; identificar y resolver los problemas de los clientes, escalando según sea necesario.
  • Mantener una comunicación eficaz con el personal de la planta a todos los niveles.
  • Participar en la resolución de problemas realizando análisis de sistemas, interpretando datos y proporcionando recomendaciones por escrito para garantizar que las operaciones de los clientes rindan al máximo.
  • Ser proactivo en la identificación de nuevas oportunidades durante las actividades de servicio.

    • Requisitos mínimos

  • Formación superior o técnica en Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Agrónoma/Agrícola, Química, Biología, Tecnología de los Alimentos o afines.
  • Tener un permiso de conducir válido
  • Disposición para viajar por el territorio geográfico en Galicia y Asturias

    • Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en soporte de ventas de campo en entornos de fabricación/industriales/ B2B.
  • Experiencia en el sector alimentario o industria química.
  • Capacidad de iniciativa, organización y autonomía.
