Our tech stack You will work directly with Terraform, Kubernetes, Istio, Kafka, Keycloak, Kong, Spring Boot, and Azure Cloud technologies as part of our tech stack.
Your Role and Responsibilities In the role of Senior DevOps specialist, you will work within the TechOps team to define and implement the best security solutions and practices in all aspects of Information Security and ensure the engineering teams adhere to these.
This hands-on position provides tools and technical planning to help teams focus on building highly secure software quickly.Analyze current technology utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them
Build and implement solutions across the product life-cycle, such as CI/CD pipeline integrations, standalone security tooling, and process or workflow automation
Continuously innovate and keep abreast of the latest IaaC practices, methods, and approaches and help ensure the Apinity product remains technically at the forefront of its field
You produce Technical Documentation and Architecture Diagrams for automation pipelines and integrations.
Mentor and train other engineers throughout the company and seek to improve processes companywide continually
Take ownership of issues and act with a high sense of urgency when required
Participate in on-call rotation, to support infrastructure and application incidents
Your profileRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseFamiliarity with source control systems like Git and Github
Automation-first approach to application and infrastructure deployment, setup, and configuration with regard to required security controls
Experience with at least one cloud provider (Azure, Google, AWS)
Experience with Building Pipelines
Experience with infrastructure-as-code using Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and Ansible
Experience in Containerization and Orchestration.
Experience with API gateways and service meshes
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Openness to new topics and challenges
5 years of DevOps experience
Preferred Technical And Professional ExpertiseAbility to thrive working with a team of people from different backgrounds in a highly collaborative, time-sensitive environment
Strong problem-solving (and problem-avoiding) skills and attention to detail (Application behavior, Networking, Security)
Experience with Azure services and technologies
Scripting skills (Python, Go, etc)
Experience being on-call
Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
