Greetings. My name is Alci Navarro. I am an English as a foreign language teacher and a singer. I was born in Venezuela and I am currently living in Miño, a small town located in the province of A. Coruña.

I have also worked as a customer service representative, training Specialist and Training Manager for U.S. based campaigns, such as Comcast, Scotiabank and Konecta while I was living in Bogota, Colombia; and most recently, I had the opportunity of working for Konecta Spain, specifically for Pull&Bear.

When it comes to my skills, I consider myself to be a reliable asset; Thus, I consider that I am empathetic, goal-oriented, soft-skilled and a team player, always focused on achieving both individual and group indicators.
