    Descripción

    Responsabilidades del puesto Realizar todas las acciones necesarias encaminadas a conseguir los objetivos de negocio establecidos, impulsando las políticas comerciales definidas a tal efecto.

    Captar nuevos prescriptores, siendo pro-activo en la búsqueda de nuevos prescriptores.
    Impulsar el crecimiento de actividad con el banco de la cartera de prescriptores. Fidelización del prescriptor.
    Realizar el seguimiento de la información comercial (consecución presupuestaria, evolución de Campañas, informes de rentabilidad, etc.
    y revisar periódicamente la consecución de su Plan de Ventas.

    Mantener informados a sus prescriptores sobre la oferta de productos del Banco para la los clientes del prescriptor, así como identificar continuamente nuevas oportunidades de venta de productos y servicios que puedan mejorar su fidelización con el Banco.

    Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa implantada por el Banco en todas las tareas relativas a su actividad.

    Asegurar que las operaciones de riesgo que plantee son adecuadas al perfil del cliente, tienen sentido económico y cumplen los criterios establecidos por la normativa en vigor.

    Apoyo en las labores de recobro de su cartera.

    Asegurar un nivel excelente de atención y servicio a todos sus prescriptores y potenciales, de forma eficaz y eficiente en todos sus cometidos, de acuerdo a la normativa que establezca el Banco.

    Asegurar una adecuada rentabilidad para el Banco del negocio captado y del gestionado de acuerdo con los parámetros establecidos, siempre velando por los intereses del cliente.

    Experiencia Importante experiencia en actividades comerciales y conocimientos financiero básicos.
    Formación / Perfil personal Se valorará titulación universitaria, preferiblemente Empresariales y / o Económicas.
    Actitud muy comercial y vocación de servicio al prescriptor.
    Buena capacidad de relación y comunicación.
    Alta orientación al cliente .
    Orientación a resultados y a consecución de objetivos.
    Alta capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
    Capacidad de planificación.
    Iniciativa.
