Junior
Legal Counsel.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our legal team and contributing to achieve our strategic goals and to the overall success of the company.
What you'll Be Doing:

Document Preparation: Collaborate to draft, review, adapt, and translate legal documents, including contracts, terms and conditions, policies, minutes, reports, marketing content, and communications.

Contract Management: Providing support to assess contracts to ensure alignment with the company guidelines and target interests, suggest amendments, and maintain detailed records.

Corporate Support: Assist in the creation, modification, and dissolution of companies and subsidiaries across different jurisdictions, and maintain detailed records.

Compliance Support: Provide assistance during legal audits and compliance reviews, and assist in conducting due diligence processes to support transactions and initiatives.

Dispute Management: Maintain awareness of active disputes, assist in managing case negotiations, calendars, and deadlines.

Research Support: Conduct thorough legal research on laws, regulations, and case law to provide valuable insights for legal strategies.

General Support: Address day-to-day general issues including customer service, data protection, trademark registration, and unfair competition matters, liaise with external advisors, and communicate with providers when needed.

Document Management: File and maintain organised physical and digital records of the relevant legal and corporate documents.
What You Need To Succeed
- An Associate's or higher degree in
Legal Studies or a related field is preferred. - 12 years of proven experience in a law firm or in the Legal Department of a company.
- Excellent legal written and verbal communication skills in both
English and
Spanish are a must. - Knowledge of
ecommerce regulations and speaking
French are a plus. - Strong organisational, prioritisation, multitasking, and timemanagement abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A sharp legal mind with an outofthebox and commercial vision.
