    Confidencial cuenta con una posición como Analista de E-commerce para optimizar la experiencia de compra online, generar insights y aumentar las ventas en el canal digital.

    Funciones:

    • Analizar el desempeño de la plataforma de venta en línea y proponer mejoras para aumentar las ventas.
    • Realizar análisis de competencia y tendencias del mercado para identificar oportunidades.
    • Crear informes y reportes con datos relevantes para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
    • Colaborar con el equipo de marketing en la implementación de campañas digitales para impulsar las ventas en línea. Habilidades:
      • Dominio de plataformas E-commerce (Shopify, Magento)
      • Análisis de datos y métricas (Google Analytics)
      • Conocimiento SEO y SEM
      • Experiencia en gestión de inventario
      • Conocimiento de estrategias de marketing digital
      • Excel avanzado
      • Habilidades de programación (HTML, CSS)
      • Experiencia en atención al cliente online
      • Gestión de campañas de email marketing
      • Comunicación efectiva
      • Pensamiento analítico
      • Adaptabilidad al cambio
      • Trabajo en equipo
      • Resolución de problemas
