    Labasad is a leading Online Design School, located in the center of Barcelona, and we are looking for an International Academic Coordinator to advise our international design students in English.

    This position is full-time and is a physical position located in Barcelona.

    International Academic Coordinator


    Reporting to the International Academic Manager, the coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the Masters programs for the international market.


    Academic coordination:

    • Collaborate in the development and planning of training sessions of the different online Masters.
    • Coordinate with the instructors the preparation of the contents and the necessary materials for each course, managing the timings and deadlines to reach the objectives.
    • Responsible for controlling and monitoring the design of each of the presentations made and elaborated.
    • Act as an administrator giving support in the online sessions of the Masters, both for students and teachers, resolving any incidents, as well as ensuring dynamic sessions.
    • Once the Master has begun, coordinate, supervise and follow up on the proper development of the different programs.
    • Advise, accompany and supervise the team of instructors.
    • Provide student services, resolving incidents and keeping track of any needs or doubts.

    Profile / Requirements:

    • Essential very high level of English/Native. Proficiency in Spanish required
    • Knowledge of and interest in the world of art and design
    • Good communication and dialogue skills at all levels
    • Organizational and planning capacity
    • Multiskilled, dynamic, resultsoriented and customeroriented person
    • Flexibility and initiative
    • Responsible person, committed to the project and to the company
    • Proactivity, autonomy, ability to make decisions
    • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is essential
    • Capacity to work well in a team environment

    Preferred:

    • Experience working in an academic, higher education environment.
    • Knowledge of Google Drive
