- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership within the banking sector, steering end-to-end project life cycles.
- Proficiency in implementing new technology and operational models through Continuous Improvement.
- Ability to form strategic partnerships to address cross-functional needs.
- Experience in Agile program management and planning processes.
- Understanding of bank's requirements and customer needs to align strategic objectives with short-term results.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
- Experience in technological projects within the banking sector.
- Hold Agile or Project certifications (PMO, PMP, etc.).
- Drive impactful projects across regions to support Retail & Commercial business models.
- Collaborate seamlessly with various stakeholders and teams to ensure timely and quality project deliveries.
- Monitor project activities and timelines, reporting progress and addressing delays.
- Oversee integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance program efficiency.
