- + years of experience in program technology leadership for banking sector, leading, and monitoring the end-to-end life cycle (from definition to implementation).
- Experience in the implementation of new technology and operating models through Continuous Improvement.
- Ability to establish strategic alliances to facilitate the needs of other areas.
- Experience in Agile program management supporting preparation and conduction of Solution PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, Annual Roadmaps
- Understand bank's requirements and customers' needs to combine strategic thinking with short term delivery of value.
- Advanced English level.
- Strong management, communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience on technological banking projects.
- Agile's Certification or Project's certification (PMO, PMP...) are a plus.
- Make a difference delivering projects across business and geographies to support the implementation of the R&C business model.
- Become a team player, working as "one team" with business Product Owners, Technical Product Owners, Developers and the rest of the R&C teams to ensure the value chain towards delivery on time with expected quality works seamlesly.
- Monitor all project activities and timelines, reporting progress and identifying potential delays.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders within the infrastructure, operations and end user technology teams and the bank domains to manage expectations and ensure smooth delivery.
- Create and maintain all required project documentation.
- Maintain a constant assessment of project risks, contributing to the development of mitigation strategies and ensuring the tracking and managing of raid logs.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards by following quality control processes.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
