    What We're Looking For:

    The NetSuite Product Communications Team supports a variety of internal communication initiatives throughout the product development organization. We are seeking someone to join our team in Barcelona to support day to day communications operations, contribute to special communications programs, and identify continuous improvement opportunities aimed in advancing our goals and strategies. You should have stellar written and verbal skills, be ready to use your creative mindset and experience to help plan internal events and communications campaigns, and be willing to learn and grow in your will also have the opportunity to work on expanding our communication enablement offerings with a variety of teams throughout the organization by creating and executing clear communications that are engaging, facilitate change, and drive a positive and productive organizational culture. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and a problem solver. You value communication and collaboration as important factors in bringing together geographically dispersed remote and hybrid teams. This is an active hands-on role that will require a program manager who can break down complex challenges.     What you'll do:

  • As a communication specialist and program manager, your primary goal will be to provide communications and program management expertise to support and improve a variety of communication operations initiatives
  • Leverage and promote engagement and adoption of communication channels, including presentations, email, video, messaging, and collaboration tools
  • Monitor success rates, work with leaders, and bring innovative ideas to experiment and enhance communications, leading to higher audience engagement and impact
  • Work with other team members to identify and plan necessary communication campaigns including targeted and recurring communications
  • Use best practices to create cohesive narratives, identify and segment audiences with targeted messaging, and deliver a multi-channel communications approach
  • Build infographics and visuals to communicate complex problems and ideas to adjust future communications for greater impact
  • Work closely with teams to ensure successful, quality communications, engagements, and streamlined internal processes
  • Document and maintain up to date best practices, process and procedure documentation
  • Aid in organizational/team change management needs through communications and other methods to mitigate risk
  • Participate in corporate event planning both before and during the events
  • Build relationships with Product team members to better understand their needs and how we can support them
  • Maintain and update employee contact lists

    Skills:
  • Proven experience communicating for action
  • Experience in driving complex and multiple projects and programs.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and orally
  • Proficient in email management tools (Eloqua experience a plus)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or similar graphic and editing tools
  • Proficiency in copywriting and editing

  • Education background in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or similar preferred
  • Excellent communication skills: office and company language is English
  • Flexibility to work with geographically distributed teams
