    SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:
  • Develop a social media content calendar (Mainly LinkedIn & Instagram).
  • Create engaging and visually appealing posts, captions, and graphics that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to encourage active participation and collaboration among our followers. Motivate and inspire them through regular interaction and by sharing success stories, industry insights, and career advice.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide guidance to our candidates.
    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
  • Identify and research potential new customers using LinkedIn and other industry-specific platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and contacts for targeted outreach and follow-up.
  • Assist in creating and implementing strategies to engage with potential customers and nurture relationships through email campaigns, networking events, and other channels.
  • Develop targeted messaging and materials for outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and branding guidelines.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with social media management, community management, or content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop or any CAD software is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is a must, other languages as French or Italian ar great plus.
  • Passion for the fashion and luxury industry, with knowledge of current trends.
  • Ability to tailor messages to different platforms and audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
