    El grupo Iskaypet lo formamos más de 2000 profesionales de diferentes áreas que compartimos la pasión por las mascotas y por nuestro trabajo.

    En fuerte crecimiento, actualmente operamos en España y Portugal desde dos oficinas corporativas en Madrid y Málaga; con más de 200 tiendas Tiendanimal y Kiwoko, y más de 80 clínicas y consultorios veterinarios.

    Desde todas las áreas de la empresa compartimos el mismo objetivo: mejorar la vida de nuestras mascotas y sus familias.

    Estamos buscando un perfil de Senior Software Engineer para nuestras oficinas de Madrid o Málaga, que se una a nuestro equipo de Digital Software Engineering.

    Como Senior Software Engineer (BE) esperamos que tengas autonomía y proactividad y responsabilidad sobre tu delivery.Debes ser capaz de dar confianza al equipo, de solucionar problemas de forma proactiva, y de llevar la calidad del software a un nivel superior, además de entender la misión y ayudar a tomar decisiones de producto y de negocio.

    Serás responsable de:

  • Participar activamente durante las fases de diseño de producto, analizando requerimientos y proponiendo alternativas superadoras.
  • Liderar técnicamente iniciativas dentro del equipo ayudando a hacer entregas de manera rápida, confiable y de alta calidad.
  • Trabajar en la construcción y el mantenimiento de aplicaciones distribuidas.
  • Mejorar la confiabilidad, escalabilidad y desempeño de nuestros servicios para que siempre cumplan con sus SLAs.
  • Colaborar en definiciones de arquitectura, pensando siempre en soluciones que resulten escalables.
  • Producir código simple y mantenible mientras buscas mejorarlo, velando por su calidad.

    • Requisitos mínimos

    Buscamos una persona con:

  • Un gran alineamiento con nuestra cultura. Esto es lo más importante.
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en ingeniería de software y entrega de productos, con una sólida formación en algoritmos, modelos de datos y sistemas distribuidos de alto rendimiento y escalables.
  • Autonomía y proactividad, responsabilidad sobre su delivery.
  • Excelente trabajando en equipo. Experiencia en entornos multidisciplinares y con metodología Agile.
  • Dominio profundo de tecnologías de backend como , Golang, Java o similares.
  • Experiencia en gestión de bases de datos relacionales y NoSQL.
  • Experiencia desarrollando sistemas distribuidos, trabajando en ambientes Cloud (AWS, GCP,...), desarrollando APIs REST y soluciones escalables.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Gitlab.
  • Experiencia con Kubernetes, Docker.
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de monitoring.
  • Experiencia trabajando con patrones de diseño y arquitectura.
  • Buena comunicación en inglés.
