- Provide comprehensiveadministrative support related to departmental tasks, including but not limitedto SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Assist project managers, areadirectors, and the cost control manager in various tasks.
- Ensure optimal service levels andaccuracy in data management.
- Daily tasks in SAP MM & IM,including investment orders, work package organization, purchasing ordercreation, budget control, and reporting.
- Maintain supplier database andsupport the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
- Monitor CapEx (CapitalExpenditure) control.
- Support project managers and areadirectors in utilizing ERP systems, mainly SAP.
- Prepare monthly reports oncosting and budgeting.
- Control area expenses in systemsand generate reports.
- Provide administrative support tomanagers, including input and output of information, and monthly reporting.
- Identify cost and schedule risksand report them accordingly.
- Competencies &skills requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, ora related field.
- Proven experience in customer success,training, or quality assurance roles within the hotel industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
- Ability to work collaboratively withcross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint Qualities & Qualification we seek in an Administrative and Cost Control Specialist:
- Minimum of 1 year of desirable work experience in the costcontrol area
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel,SharePoint and PowerPoint)
- Short-term studies in administration and control area.Bachelor's degree is appreciated but not mandatory
- SAP (or other ERP systems) expertise will be a plus
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the flexibility to switchand prioritize quickly
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Build strong working relationships and collaborateeffectively with staff at all levels
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
