    Job Description
    • Assist recruiters to manage job postings.
    • Coordinate and communicate interview details to candidates, making sure they have all necessary information (detailed directions, interview logistics, etc.)
    • Coordinate with Travel Manager & Office Managers and with internal stakeholders.
    • Record invoices, employee and candidate expense reports, and any other financial information for the group.
    • Host all candidates coming in house for a tour and getting them from interview to interview.
    • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and interviewing teams.
    • Act as an ambassador of Nexthink and create a strong employer-of-choice brand.
    • Attend and coordinate recruiting-related activities such as professional and college career fairs, when needed.
    • Search best practices in candidates experience.
    • Proactive candidate search.
    • Market analysis.

    Qualifications
    • CFC, Bachelor degree or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1 year of prior administrative experience; 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience preferred.
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy is key.
    • You are comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
    • You are collaborative and a team player.
    • Proficiency with usual Microsoft Office tools.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal information.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
    • Strong interest in technology would be a plus.
