We are a dynamic interdisciplinary team at Blackmouth Games an indie studio driven by a vision to redefine the landscape of next-generation online gaming.

At Blackmouth Games, we strive to innovate and create unique experiences that push the boundaries of what is possible in the gaming industry. To achieve this, we are currently seeking a full-time developer to join our talented team. Are you in?

Experience with Unity.
- Comprehension of content creation tools and workflows encompassing modeling, texturing, shading, rigging, animation, and lighting.
- Previous experience with lighting.
- Scene build up.
- Understand different materials and shaders básicos.
- C++ y blueprints knowledge.
- Also some familiarity with Optimisation.
- Experience with GIT.
- Fluent English skills, both written and oral.

Desired requirements

Familiarity with artistic techniques, approaches, and technology, along with the capacity to clearly communicate requirements.
- Proficiency in driving production processes (pipelines and workflows) and utilizing tools such as Agile (Jira).
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous planning, and keen attention to detail. The ability to effectively structure and manage complex information.
- Strong communication skills that facilitate clear interactions across teams, disciplines, and various stakeholders.
- Reside in Madrid.

Duties

Contribute to the formulation of technology roadmaps to the specific project requirements proposed by the Lead:
---- Prepare the necessary technical configuration and complete documentation.
- Strike a balance between imaginative project vision and technical budget constraints.
- Serve as a point of reference for the team on technical art issues and offering solutions to intricate challenges as they arise:
---- Perform technical validation of team-generated assets to ensure they meet required technical standards.
- Develop and maintain tools to support the team's workflow.
