    En Hijos de Rivera tenemos una oportunidad para ti Estamos buscando un/a Digital Experience Manager.

    La misión del Digital Experience Manager será dar soporte y guiar en el diseño de una estrategia 360o basada en contenido, conocimiento del cliente, analítica y marketing automation, creando una plataforma digital escalable y operativa en la que Hijos de Rivera maximice su experiencia de cliente.

    El objetivo principal de la posición es ayudar al plan de posicionamiento de las marcas/compañía y a mejorar el engagement. Para ello, tendrás que habilitar las palancas que hagan posible la alineación de procesos, personas y tecnología.

    ¿En qué consistirá tu día a día?

  • Diseñarás, desarrollarás y coordinarás la implementación de la estrategia de Experiencia Digital.
  • Diseñarás el roadmap, las tareas del proceso y los casos de uso de la Experiencia digital, alineando la tecnología y la estrategia con la visión y objetivos de la empresa.
  • Liderararás el equipo de Experiencia Digital.
  • Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los niveles gerenciales y los equipos de marketing para aplicar estrategias y prácticas de transformación líderes en la industria.
  • Te encargarás de asegurar la alineación del producto digital y la experiencia del cliente para construir una herramienta eficiente y escalable.¿Qué buscamos?
  • Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años desarrollando proyectos de transformación y ayudando a las organizaciones a avanzar en la gestión del cambio.
  • Experiencia en ejecución de proyectos de marketing digital.
  • Experiencia en plataforma Adobe DX.
  • Experiencia liderando y gestionando equipos.
  • Conocimientos específicos en herramientas de experiencia digital (CMS, DAM, CDP, MA, personalización, análisis...) y términos MarTech.¿Cómo te imaginamos?
