- Dirigir y gestionar proyectos de Control de Climatización y Protección Contra Incendios en data centers.
- Garantizar que los proyectos asignados se entreguen a tiempo, dentro del alcance y del presupuesto.
- Gestión del contrato con el cliente y de las reclamaciones entrantes y/o salientes.
- Gestionar los cambios en el alcance del proyecto, el calendario del proyecto y los costes del proyecto utilizando las técnicas de verificación adecuadas.
- Medir el rendimiento del proyecto utilizando las herramientas y técnicas adecuadas.
- Coordinar los recursos internos y los terceros/proveedores para la ejecución correcta de los proyectos.
- Informar y escalar a la dirección según sea necesario.
- Crear y mantener una documentación completa del proyecto.
- Gestionar con éxito la relación con el cliente y todas las partes interesadas.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente.
- Realizar la gestión de riesgos para minimizar los riesgos del proyecto.
- Formación en ingeniería industrial, con especialización en el campo eléctrico/mecánico.
- Experiencia técnica en proyectos de PCI y Control de Climatización.
- Estar facultado para la certificación y/o legalización de instalaciones de PCI.
- Conocimientos de dirección y gestión de proyectos en el ámbito de DataCenters.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interna y de cara al cliente.
- Nivel de inglés alto, tanto hablado como escrito.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.
