    As a communications lead within Allianz Technology & Transformation Officer (Region 4: France, Italy, Iberolatam, Benelux, Greece & Turkey) (m/f/d) you will support the CTO with your expertise and skills in shaping the storyline of the area. Being part of the CTO4 Office, you will not only contribute to the customer-centric strategy of the pillar, but you will also proactively drive the definition and execution of the internal and external communications roadmap.

    You will have the opportunity to work on exciting, various, and challenging tasks and projects every day. This will give you a deep insight into strategic issues and direct contact with Allianz's top management. With your professionalism and communicative nature, you will act as an interface between the Board Member's office and the organization and as a contact person for internal and external communications, while having the opportunity to join a fantastic global corporate communications team, working on very exciting projects.

    You will

    • Lead internal communication within CTO4, driving prominent regular events such as townhalls, all-hands, info
    • Develop and execute a strategic communications roadmap for CTO4 while incorporating in alignment with Allianz Technology global strategy.
    • Identify and create new campaign opportunities to enhance CTO4 brand and visibility.
    • Liaise with relevant senior management and CTO4 leadership to shape communication around ongoing strategic initiatives.
    • Take active part in corporate communications community and act as link between local and global communities.
    • Create compelling content for various communication channels, including speaking notes, internal newsletters, social media posts (internal and LinkedIn), and presentations.
    • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role
    • Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field
    • Excellent written and verbal – English- communication and strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills for coordination and proactive communication with C-level executives
    • Interest in IT transformation and ability to understand strategic transformation topics.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms.
    • Creativity and ability to bring innovative ideas in terms of communication strategy & engagement.
