    Desde Nexttic estamos colaborando con una empresa que ha creado una solución tecnológica innovadora y transversal para evolucionar la "fashion industry".

    Para poder acometer los nuevos retos funcionales y de escalabilidad que negocio y la propia plataforma SaaS exige, nos gustaría incorporar al equipo un@ Senior Back Engineer que pueda diseñar soluciones, resolver necesidades y ser referente de un equipo en crecimiento.

    Sus principales retos se centrarán en:

    • Asegurar la escalabilidad de la plataforma
    • Desarrollar nuevos proyectos
    • Mejorar calidad y procesos del desarrollo, así como seguir en la implementación de buenas prácticas (implementar TDD, CD/CI, Clean Code...)
    • Ayudar al crecimiento del equipo, así como evolucionar dentro de la compañía para ir asumiendo mayor responsabilidad
    • llegar a liderar el área de Software

    Para poder desarrollar estas funciones, creemos que la persona que se incorpore deberá aportar:

    • Sólidos conocimientos y experiencia contrastada en desarrollo Backend, preferiblemente con Python.
    • Experiencia con Django y Celery (o similar)
    • Experiencia en el diseño e implementación de APIs RESTful
    • Haber trabajado en entornos Dockerizados y con Kubernetes
    • Motivad@ y habituad@ a buenas prácticas, con una buena base de Ingeniería Computacional, Algoritmia e interés por Data Estructure
    • Estar familiarizado con SQL y NoSQLs

    La parte Frontend se basa en arquitectura JS, bajo ReactJs/NextJS. No deberá implicarse en la parte "cliente" de forma directa, pero es interesante tener nociones.

    Finalmente, es importante comentar que es un equipo internacional, donde el uso del inglés es habitual.

    • Modelo híbrido. Se puede hablar del nivel de presencialidad, pero la solución SaaS está en una fase que hay que estar con negocio y es importante estar con las diferentes áreas de negocio para ver qué hacen y cómo lo hacen) - IMPRESCINDIBLE VIVIR EN BARCELONA O ALREDEDORES
