    ¿Qué podrás hacer?

    Buscamos un/a profesional dinámico para unirse a nuestro equipo de Legal Operations and Transformation Services (LOTS). El objetivo del área de LOTS es ayudar a nuestros clientes a transformarse digitalmente desde una doble perspectiva, por un lado, haciendo más eficientes sus procesos aplicando herramientas tecnológicas, y por otro, asesorando legal y estratégicamente en proyectos basados en tecnologías emergentes como la Inteligencia Artificial.

    Como Especialista en Legal Operations y Transformación digital, serás un actor clave en la evolución de la función legal, aportando valor a las empresas más relevantes del sector, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. Tus funciones y responsabilidades serán, entre otras:

    • Identificación y definición de procesos y operativas legales.
    • Colaborar en la identificación y aplicación de soluciones LegalTech para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
    • Participar en la implementación de herramientas tecnológicas para la gestión y automatización de procesos legales.
    • Brindar asesoramiento legal proactivo en proyectos relacionados con nuevas tecnologías, especialmente con Inteligencia Artificial.
    • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar la alineación de las estrategias legales con los objetivos del negocio.
    • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias legales y tecnológicas para proponer innovaciones en el ámbito legal.

    ¿Qué necesitas saber?

    • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia previa en el desarrollo y/o implementación con éxito de proyectos de transformación digital en el sector legal.
    • Conocimientos y estudios asociados al sector legal y tecnológico (acreditables).
    • Conocimientos acreditables en gestión de proyectos legales (valorable estar certificado en Legal Project Management (LPM)).
    • Conocimientos en materias de derecho digital (Inteligencia Artificial, Protección de datos y privacidad, especialmente)
    • Conocimientos en materias asociadas a metodologías contrastadas de gestión del cambio: Agile, Lean Startup, Change Management y Design Thinking, etc. Se valorará certificación o conocimientos acreditados en este ámbito.
    • Nivel avanzado de Excel.
    • Especial interés en el desarrollo de una carrera profesional especializada en LegalTech e innovación del sector legal.
    • Habilidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa y comunicarse eficazmente con equipos interdisciplinarios.
    • Mentalidad proactiva y transversal y capacidad para adaptarse a entornos dinámicos.
    • Nivel de inglés mínimo C1 (valorable los conocimientos avanzados en otros idiomas).
