    El/La Manager desempeñará un papel clave en el liderazgo del área de Reputación de Newlink España, proporcionando servicios de Public Affairs y atención a una cartera de clientes de diversos sectores. Es responsable de la creación de estrategias para dichos clientes, contribuyendo a la coordinación diaria de las cuentas y ayudando a la obtención de los objetivos de negocio del departamento y de la compañía.

    Será responsable de impulsar y consolidar la práctica de Public Affairs con nuevos clientes y equipo propio junto con el responsable del departamento. Por tanto, debe tener conocimiento especializado en esta área, así como experiencia en comunicación reputacional y gestión del talento.

    ¿Qué necesitas para poder trabajar con nosotros?

    En principio, ganas y pasión por lo que haces. Pero, además:

  • Grado en Periodismo, Relaciones Públicas, Marketing, Comunicación, Administración de Empresas, Derecho o áreas relacionadas.
  • Muy valorable postgrado relacionado con Public Affairs y experiencia con el sector público.
  • Mínimo cinco (5) años de experiencia trabajando en la práctica de Public Affairs.
  • Indispensable conocimiento del entorno legislativo, de los sistemas regulatorios, de los medios de comunicación y de la Administración Pública.
  • Visión estratégica.
  • Sólidas habilidades de comunicación, redacción, investigación y análisis.
  • Orientación total al cliente.
  • Ávido desarrollador de nuevo negocio, con fuertes habilidades de elaboración de propuestas, y técnicas avanzadas de presentación.
  • Alto nivel de inglés.
  • Gran habilidad para la gestión de las redes de contacto y las relaciones interpersonales.
  • Orientación a la calidad de servicio, sabiéndose manejar en entornos de proyectos múltiples y responsabilidades transversales.
  • Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad para hacer frente a situaciones y audiencias cambiantes; debe saber organizarse y priorizar tareas/proyectos.
