- Garantizar el archivo y la organización de toda la documentación generada en el proyecto y su correcta distribución.
- Mantener informada a las diferentes propiedades en todo momento sobre la situación del proyecto facilitando el acceso a la documentación relevante que necesite para ello.
- En lo referente a la gestión de costes tiene dos objetivos principales: Elaborar y mantener actualizado el control de costes y el dashboard de los diferentes proyectos, mantenimiento del el cumplimiento de los objetivos económicos fijados gestionando alertas. Manejar y documentar todo el proceso de remesas, pagos, contrataciones y liquidaciones
- 2-3 años de experiencia en puestos similares.
- Formación y experiencia como PMO.
- Conocimientos de Control de costes, remesas, pagos, liquidaciones, etc.
- Competencias en el análisis de datos, organización y optimización.
- Compromismo de residencia en Palma de Mallorca.
- Inglés elevado.

Integrante del equipo de Project Management en las obras que desarrolla y o gestiona MHI y atendiendo al los diferentes planes de gerencia de proyectos que se generan con las diferentes propiedades y promotores a los que damos servicio.
