- Business Case Development: Build compelling business cases for new product initiatives, demonstrating their value and strategic fit within the market and ROI.
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with Snigel's business objectives and market opportunities.
- Technical Oversight: Leverage a strong technical understanding to accurately gauge development timelines, ensuring resources are fully utilized and product milestones are achieved.
- Product Roadmap Ownership: Own the product development roadmap from market research to idea discovery, feasibility analysis and the prioritization of products and features that drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and deliver strong ROI.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Foster a culture of customer-centric product development, ensuring products meet and exceed customer needs and expectations.
- Executive Reporting: Report on product development progress, challenges, and successes to the board and CEOs, providing transparency and strategic insights.
- Experience: Experience of at least 10 years in a product management and/or development role, ideally within the adtech industry, with a proven track record of successful product launches that lead to strong product adoption.
- Commercial Acumen: Outstanding ability to build business cases, recognize and capitalise on market trends, and deliver products that generate strong ROI.
- Customer-Centric Understanding: Exceptional ability to uncover customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Technical Understanding: Deep understanding of software development processes and web technologies, with the ability to accurately estimate timelines and resource needs.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving product vision and goals within the set timeframe.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product strategy and progress to stakeholders at all levels, including the board.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

About The Role
We're looking for a motivated, experienced and creative Product Marketing Lead to join our team and help fuel our next stage of growth. They will be responsible for promoting Snigel's solutions by creating and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue.
This role relies heavily on excellent written communication skills and a strong technical understanding.
Position Overview
The Head Of Product is a pivotal role that requires a blend of significant experience in product development, outstanding commercial acumen, and a strong technical background. This executive will be responsible for owning the product development roadmap, from conception through launch, and ensuring our products deliver strong ROI and meet customer needs with a customer-centric approach. The Head Of Product will report on the product roadmap to the CEOs and board and provide strong leadership and direction to ensure the creation of innovative products that align with Snigel's strategic goals.
