    We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Process Consultant to join our dynamic team and make dreams come true
    To achieve this goal, your functions will be the following:
    Analyze group structures, procedures, processes, and the use of resourcesDesign and implement development initiatives, action plans, programs, and training and/or training materialsInterview staff and facilitate specific business development and process improvement initiativesLead business optimization initiatives by conducting individual or group training sessions for staffContribute to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectivesOptimize staff utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperationMeasure the impact of interventions on staff performance and the efficiency of changes and actions taken by the organizationAdvise and recommend efficient and profitable solutions for the identified challengesDocumentation of processes and presentation of progress reports to executives and senior managersAccompany the staff in the management of the change of processes, procedures, and changes of toolsThe knowledge you should bring to Jumbo Group to take our services to the next level is:
    Bachelor's degree in a related field.

    A minimum of 2 years of experience as an organizational development specialist in a related industryExtensive knowledge of skills development, change management, process optimization and capability development strategiesAdvanced command of office and administration softwareExceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in a multicultural environmentExcellent leadership and collaboration skillsExcellent analytical and time management skillsAn analytical mindset with problem-solving skillsSelf-starter and intrapreneurial mindsetGood level of English and Spanish is required.

    French would also be a plus.
