Dit de baan die jij ambieert Work hard, play hard , dat is het motto binnen sales. We werken met het hele team hard om onze klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen en de commerciële doelstellingen te overtreffen.
Tussendoor spelen we graag een potje tafeltennis, drinken we een heerlijk kopje koffie bij de koffiebar en hebben de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van onze eigen gym.
Dit jouw team Werken in het New Business Sales team, betekent ook werken bij de marktleider in bedrijfssoftware Onze salescollega's zijn ondernemend met een nuchtere mentaliteit.
Ze verplaatsen zich in de prospect en begrijpen de wensen en behoeften. Daardoor bieden ze de beste oplossingen. Het leren kennen van de prospect en het converteren naar een betrouwbare relatie zit in onze cultuur.
Als Sales Executive New Business ben je samen met je team een belangrijke aanjager van de sterke groei die Exact doormaakt.

En meer beschik je over sterke presentatie en demonstratie skills om je verhaal ook digitaal goed over te kunnen brengen.
Bovendien breng je mee : een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een economische of commerciële richting;minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare sales functie, waar je top performer was;kennis van of ervaring met de bedrijfssoftware markt is een pré;uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.Dit wat je krijgt Bij Exact werken we hard. Zo kun je je in het zweet werken in onze eigen gym, of een rustmoment pakken aan de koffiebar. En uiteraard is dat niet alles.
Als Sales Executive New Business kun je, op basis van 40 uur per week, ook rekenen op :
een bruto maandsalaris passend bij je kennis en werkervaring;een maandelijks uitgekeerde bonus in de vorm van een Persoonlijk Target Inkomen van minimaal 50% van het vaste salaris;vakantietoeslag van 8% en een dertiende maand;leaseauto, laptop en mobiele telefoon;27 vakantiedagen en 3 Giving back days, deze dagen kan jij in overleg besteden aan een goed doel naar eigen keuze;diverse trainingen om je sales skills nog verder te ontwikkelen;ruimte om carrière te maken binnen onze salesorganisatie.
