The
Sales Representative - Asturias, Cantabria y Castilla y León (f/m/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.

Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales.

This position is part of the
Sales Department located in North Area of Spain and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.


You will be a part of the Sales Team and report to the
Area Manager responsible for North Area of Spain.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Plan, implement and maintain the set of strategies and tactics necessary to ensure the sustained and profitable growth of the business in its area of responsibility. Develop, implement, and review territory business plans aligned to the strategy
  • Sales data and market analyses to inform activity and ensure a focused and results driven return on time
  • Drive the tender management process, including pretender focused activity
  • Develop and implement marketing plan strategies to ensure the achievement of its operating plan goals
  • Establish, develop and maintain commercial relationships with current and potential customers in the designated territory / market segment, to generate new business for the organization's products
  • Coordinate sales efforts with other key organization functions
  • Participate in workshops, congresses and conventions

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Familiar with the territory of Asturias, Cantabria and Castilla y León
  • Proven experience in sales with a solid track record in achieving sales results
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Languages: Spanish and English fluent
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine or a technical career in the branch of Sciences

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Knowledge of the IVD market value chain and sales process is valued.
  • Experience in a multinational environment is valued.
